Pln. Percy Anaab Bukari is the President of the Ghana Institute of Planning (GIP), elected during the 52nd Annual General Meeting in November 2023 . An alumnus of KNUST and the University of Dortmund, he specializes in development planning and advocates for sustainable urban development and integrated national planning.
