Mr. Samuel D.K. Amegayibor serves as the Executive Secretary of the Ghana Real Estate Developers Association (GREDA), where he advocates for policies that promote affordable housing and sustainable real estate development in Ghana. Under his leadership, GREDA has actively engaged with government and private stakeholders to address challenges such as housing deficits, land tenure issues, and the use of local building materials.
