Surv. Dr. Theodora Mantebea

Surv. Dr. Theodora Mantebea Mends is the Director of the Land Valuation Division (LVD) at Ghana's Lands Commission. With over 26 years of experience in land reforms, administration, and management, she specializes in compensation valuations, land documentation, and title registration. Dr. Mends holds degrees in Land Economy (KNUST), Urban Land Administration (ITC, Netherlands), and a PhD in Business Administration from Nobel International Business School. She is a Fellow of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors and an Affiliate Member of the International Federation of Surveyors.
