Hon. Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah

Hon. Emmanuel Kofi Cobbold is a Partner at Valuation & Investment Associates, a Ghanaian-registered firm specializing in management consulting,

 fixed asset valuation and corporate asset management. He has over 28 years of extensive experience in real estate consulting, having undertaken 

numerous assignments across both the public and private sectors.

His areas of expertise include asset valuation, project management, management consulting, feasibility and viability studies, brokerage, value-for-money audits,

 PPP projects, land-swap arrangements, market research, and business valuation. Surv. Cobbold has developed a compelling reputation for delivering

 strategic insights and practical solutions in these domains.

Kofi is currently the Senior Vice President and is a Fellow of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors. He is also a Chartered Marketer (CIMG),

 a certified Court-Connected Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Practitioner, and a Business Valuer. Notably,

 he was a pioneering board member of the Real Estate Agency Council (REAC), the statutory regulatory body overseeing

 real estate brokerage practice in Ghana. Kofi os a product of KNUST and UGBS.
