Mr. Noah Tumfo

Mr. Noah Tumfo graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) He is currently a PhD student at the Department 

of Public Administration and Health Services of the University of Ghana Business School.

Currently, he is a Chief Director at the Ministry of Sanitation and Water Resources; a position 

he has held since August, 2019. He is an Administrator who has worked with the Civil Service for the past 23 years 

in both local and central government.
