Dr. James Ato Orleans-Lindsay is the President of the Ghana Real Estate Developers Association (GREDA), elected in March 2025 to lead a nine-member Executive Council with a four-year mandate. He is also the founder and CEO of JL Properties and serves as the Chancellor of Cape Coast Technical University.
